Why you should visit Harry Potter’s World

Here’s a little confession to start with. I have not read a single Harry Potter book. Yup. Please don’t hate me. I have, however, seen every single film, and each of them more than once. And despite not reading any HP books, I am a huge fan of Harry Potter’s Magical World.

And if you’re like me and love films and everything about making films, the Harry Potter’s World in England – in Leavesden – is your dream place. I love it so much that I’ve been there now 3 times. Yes – THREE.

I think the best way to show you why this place has to be on your list to visit is through pictures. So have a look below why you should definitely visit Warner Bros Harry Potter’s World in England.

Go behind the scenes of filming Harry Potter movies

The incredible detailed work that you’ll see in Harry Potter’s World is mind-blowing. On each occasion I’ve been there, I noticed something new 🙂

Remember the ball? These props were on display during the Winter season at Harry Potter’s World.

Visit the Harry Potter’s World for the countless props and the art of making them

The props are always my favourite part. And in Harry Potter’s World, this is an absolute heaven. You see how much work, creativity, and how many people are involved in putting the film together. And making it as magical and beautiful as each of the films is.

You can walk down the Diagonal Alley! And now there is also the 9 3/4 platform with the train and trolleys that you can enjoy.

There is so much more….

I am naturally not showing you everything. There is soooo much more that you can see AND experience at Harry Potter’s World. You can learn to fly the broom, and play Quidditch, for example.

You can also drink the butter beer, and visit Harry’s house on Privet Road. And you’ll see how the intricate door in Chamber of Secrets works, how the green screen makes anything possible, and how to dance the Witch Waltz.

The doors to Warner Bros Harry Potter’s World will be opening again on the 17th May. I am already thinking of going there yet again 🙂

Also, if you ever have a chance, go for a screening of a Harry Potter movie with a live orchestra! I went a couple of years ago, and the whole experience was simply incredible.

Have you been to Harry Potter’s World? Did you enjoy it?
