Amsterdam is just gorgeous. Have you been there? I went to Amsterdam at the end of September and unsurprisingly got blown away by its canals.
What I absolutely loved is that it didn’t matter which part of the city you were in to admire the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. Every corner of the city was – is – simply stunning.
So have a walk with me through Amsterdam 🙂
You may think that you will get tired of these views, but that is so not the case 🙂 Some of my favourite canals – if this is even possible to categorise them – are near Rijksmuseum.
And bikes! They are indeed everywhere. Be careful though, as the bike riders do own the streets. You don’t have to be worried about cars in Amsterdam, but keep an eye out for the bikes whizzing around at sometimes crazy speeds!
I walked around the canals while making my way to the many unique and not so touristy places in Amsterdam. And simply fell in love with this city. There are benches dotted around so you can always sit down and have a coffee, and admire the views.
I must say as well that I was very lucky with the weather, as you can see in the pictures. It did not rain at all.
